I got a Kindle 2 for my recent graduation from nursing school. For a guy who loves to read, this present was the greatest. Now, all of my friends and family know exactly what to get me for my birthday and Christmas: Amazon Gift Cards!
I was one of those people who never thought I would enjoy an E-Reader. I thought I would miss the feel and, yes I will admit it, smell of a book. I absolutely do NOT miss it. The Kindle allows me to read books that are huge without refocusing my eyes or maintaing a balance with my hands.
So my great points:
1. It is wonderfully compact
2. East to read
3. FUN to use
4. Love the ability to access the Kidnle Store
5. Love the magazine, newspaper, and blog subscriptions
6. Love the amount of free books
7. I am really impressed with the speed of new books being “Kindlized”
8. Amazing battery life

1. E-Books are obviously the future. If there is a book not available on Kindle, I have no intention of buying it. Simply put. Settle your disputes and both of you go back to making money. I was at Barnes and Noble the other day and most of the store is beign converted into a “Games” and “Children’s Play” area. Hint. Hint.
